Author Agreement & Liability Waiver

Day of Event Details – Saturday September 26th

Each author will have a 5-6’ table assigned to them.  Authors will be free to decorate and setup their table however they wish, so long as their setup does not interfere with their neighbors.

Table set up will take place between 9:00am – 9:30am.

There will be a coffee social for participating authors from 9:30am – 10:00am  

Authors must remain set up until 2:00pm and should be cleared out by 2:45pm.

Each author will be given 1 chair, authors are welcome to bring an additional chair

Authors will be set up in the main library and meeting room

The library will provide coffee and lunch (pizza) for participating authors.
