June Artist
Jeffrey R. Chorney
Jeffrey is a native of South Jersey, born on Absecon Island, raised in Pleasantville, N.J., and currently resides in Camden County. His lifelong interest in painting and drawing was fostered by his mother, an accomplished oil painter, who encouraged developing a creative interest in the fine arts. After transitioning from a cherished forty-year career in medicine, Jeff’s fondness for the simplicity and spontaneity of painting in watercolor and drawing in chalk and charcoal has occupied his current curiosity and additional “me” time. Rather than applying art and science to the practice of medicine, Jeff now applies science to his creative interest in art.
