Gentle Yoga Sessions at the Library
Join us every 1st and 3rd Saturday (starting in August) at 10:15 am for a rejuvenating 60 minute yoga session amidst the serene atmosphere of the library. Designed to soothe both body and mind, our gentle yoga classes offer a perfect blend of relaxation and revitalization.
What to Expect: Led by experienced instructors, our gentle yoga sessions cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each class focuses on gentle movements, breath work, and mindfulness techniques to promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat for added comfort and support during the session. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Hi. My name is Judy Siatkowski
I am a 200 hour YTT Yoga teacher who is also a tree hugging Vegan that loves to cook, a dog parent and all around student of life. I believe in healing through movement and laughter.
In my classes, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your mind and body, deepen your practice, and have fun. Yoga can be so much than just a workout.
