Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga Sessions at the Library

Join us every Saturday in April at 10:15 am for a rejuvenating 60 minute yoga session amidst the serene atmosphere of the library. Designed to soothe both body and mind, our gentle yoga classes offer a perfect blend of relaxation and revitalization.

What to Expect: Led by experienced instructors, our gentle yoga sessions cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each class focuses on gentle movements, breath work, and mindfulness techniques to promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat for added comfort and support during the session. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

INSTRUCTOR

Tracy Kane is a registered yoga teacher who has been teaching & practicing yoga since 2002.

She has taught all over South NJ and Philadelphia at many amazing studios.

Five years ago, in 2019, she decided to follow her dream and open a yoga studio in her hometown. That’s when “The Yoga Shift” in Atco was born.

Tracy teaches to all levels, all ages and loves to share her passion of yoga with others.
