Group Reiki Healing Session
January 22 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Start off the new year feeling refreshed and energized! Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that connects with universal life force energy to promote emotional and physical healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. During our group reiki healing session, I will place my hands on and over your head, focusing on opening up the crown chakra during meditation. Essential oils will be used if comfortable.
