Summer Kids Yoga

In this class, children will experience 30 minutes of fun and inspirational interaction, encouraging the child’s natural thirst for knowledge. Kids will learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. We will combine simple kid-friendly yoga poses and breathwork, along with stories, games, and visualizations that exercise social, sensory, and motor skills while increasing flexibility.
Participants should come dressed comfortably, ready to move. No yoga experience is needed.
For ages 4-10
We are offering this class every other Friday throughout summer reading. June 27th, July 11th, July 25th, and August 8th
