
Chair Yoga for Every Body

This Chair Yoga class is a stretching and strengthening session with a focus on increasing/maintaining mobility. We will incorporate some breath-work, face yoga, and meditation as well. The session will last around 45 minutes. We will provide a chair, but you are free to bring your own if you have a style of chair you prefer. Please bring a towel, blanket, or any other props you may need. This session will be led by Brittany Nocella, library assistant.
Chair Yoga for Every Body meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday. Registration is required.
About the instructor: Brittany has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and led the Kids Yoga program at the library in Summer 2025. She completed a YTT 200 hour yoga certification in April 2025. She is super excited to begin leading chair yoga for every body at the library this year!
