Different Abilities Kids & Parents Meet Up (Kids Ages 0-5)

July 17 @ 10:30 am 11:30 am

Are you a parent of a child with special needs? Are you looking to connect with other families in the area who understand your journey?

Join us for a free workshop where you can meet other local families, share experiences, and enjoy a fun, inclusive activity with your child (ages 0-5)!

Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, we will begin with introductions where you will be invited to share your experiences as a parent of a child with special abilities. Next, we will engage the kids in a fun activity targeting the important skill of imitation. Afterward, children can enjoy free play with library provided sensory toys, and parents will have time to connect over coffee and tea.

This is a great opportunity to find community, share insights, and support each other in a positive and welcoming space. We hope to see you there!

Registration is limited to 15 kids and their parents.
